Orders and delivery

Here at Selina Whittaker jewellery our goal is to get your fantastic hand crafted jewellery to you as quickly as possible.  All of our items are completely handmade and hand finished so our goods can take upto 5 working days to reach you in the UK. ( Longer for overseas)

Please be patient with us as everything is hand made in our workshop in Lancashire

Your purchases come in branded Selina packaging which includes a gift box and bag.

As soon as we have received your jewellery order, we will endeavour to despatch within 3-5 working days of ordering.  If you need any of our hand made jewellery urgently or if you have a deadline please call us on 01253 969 662 (9am – 5pm Monday to Friday) and we’ll try our best to help

Please note you will need to sign for your parcel so please make sure you enter an address where someone will be in to do this

Returns

If you change your mind or are un-happy with your goods, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund.  Please return the goods to us in the same condition in which you purchased them, in the original packaging, and with your receipt, within 7 days of the goods being received when purchased online.

If you have purchased the goods online please email us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Code, which will be emailed back to you by return.  Once to have the code please return the goods to us in the original packaging, securely and protectively packaged to: Selina Whittaker Jewellery Ltd.  10 Thorncross, Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire FY5 3FJ.  We do not take responsibility for goods that don’t reach us or that have been damaged in the post.  We strongly suggest that you return the goods via Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar.  We do not refund return postage costs.

All faulty goods will be replaced where possible, or money refunded in the event that a replacement is not available. Refunds will be made in the same method of payment used for the purchase.
